Sarah serves as Deputy Government Relations Director of the USGLC. Prior to joining, she served as a political officer at the U.S. Embassy in Paraguay, where she was responsible for democracy and governance, human rights, and religious freedom issues. Previously, as Deputy Director of Global Partnerships at UNICEF USA, Sarah worked with civil society and faith-based organizations in support of UNICEF’s programs for children around the world. She also spent several years on Capitol Hill, serving on the legislative team for Congressman Thomas J. Rooney (R-FL), where she focused on appropriations for the international affairs budget. Originally from Florida, Sarah earned a Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs from Florida State University and a Master’s in International Politics from Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland.
