The U.S. Global Leadership Coalition (USGLC) is seeking an experienced and innovative Director of National Outreach to lead its educational and advocacy efforts across the country. As a member of the USGLC senior team, the Director of National Outreach will shape the organization’s outreach strategy and coalition building, spearheading the organization’s advocacy and mobilization efforts to strategically engage with key Members of Congress across party lines. The USGLC is looking for a proven and effective leader with significant issue-based and/or political organizing experience, a high level of management and strategic planning skills, the proven ability to connect with diverse constituencies, and strong oral and written communications skills. This position will be based in Washington, D.C. once the organization returns from the remote work environment and reports to the USGLC’s Executive Director.
