Troy Williams, Southwest Outreach Director

Troy joins the USGLC after managing public affairs for a marketing company in Dallas, where he led government and community relations initiatives nationally. Previously, he worked as Director of Communications and Outreach in the Texas Legislature for now-Dallas Mayor Eric Johnson as well as roles with the U.S. Department of Treasury and with U.S. Representative Gene Green of Texas. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service, studying international politics and law. A proud native of Houston, Texas, Troy is excited to work on outreach efforts in his home state as well as Oklahoma and New Mexico and will be based in Dallas.
