Megan serves as the Data/CRM Senior Manager of the USGLC. She has over 14 years of experience in marketing, including six in database analytics and CRM Strategy. Prior to joining, Megan served as the Manager of CRM Strategy with PENN Entertainment, Inc. There, she established and managed the CRM strategy of eight casinos throughout the northeast. Additionally, she worked as a Membership Marketing Specialist for the AAA Club Alliance in Wilmington, DE where she helped grow their membership base and create new marketing efforts. Originally from Delaware, Megan earned her B.S. in Marketing from Wilmington University. She now calls Reston, VA her home where she lives with her family.
