Kelly L. Razzouk is the Special Assistant to the President and Senior Director for Democracy and Human Rights.

Previously, Razzouk held several positions at the United States Mission to the United Nations, most recently serving as the Deputy Chief of Staff. She also worked at the International Rescue Committee as the Director of Policy and Advocacy and the United Nations Representative. She was also a President Management Fellow.
