Julian joins USGLC from previous experience as a frontline advocate for the D.C. Statehood movement serving the District of Columbia Government within the District of Columbia Statehood Coalition. Previously, he served within grassroots campaigns, local & national non-profits, enlisted in the U.S. Air Force Reserves, worked with several elected officials at the local and federal levels in addition to providing project support at the U.S. Institute of Peace. Julian holds a Bachelors of Arts in International Affairs from Howard University and is a proud DC native.
