The Vice President of Compact Operations overseas all compacts, the main vehicle of the MCC’s financing for developing nations.

Cameron Alford is the Vice President of the Department of Compact Operations at the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC).

Alford served as the MCC’s Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary from February 2021 through April 2022. He also served as Senior Counsel for International Banking at U.S. Bank. Previous public roles held by Alford include eleven years at the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (now known as the Development Finance Corporation), including Deputy General Counsel.
