Rachel Karnoff serves as the Government Relations Assistant for the U.S. Global Leadership Commission. Prior to joining USGLC, Rachel worked as a research clerk at BGR Group. Rachel also worked as a Teaching Assistant in Yangon, Myanmar. Passionate about issues in international development and international relations, Rachel gained her master’s degree in International Educational Development from Columbia University, and her bachelor’s degree in International Relations from St Andrews University in St Andrews, Scotland. Rachel‘s studies focused largely on issues of human rights and Southeast Asian politics.
