Emily joins the USGLC with over 15 years of experience in communications and policy advocacy. Most recently, she served as the Vice President of Congressional and Public Affairs at the Millennium Challenge Corporation. Previously, Emily was the Deputy Assistant U.S. Trade Representative for Public and Media Affairs, serving as the lead U.S. government spokesperson for trade negotiations. Prior to joining the U.S. Trade Representative Office, she worked as a communications professional in media relations, policy messaging, and advertising in political campaigns and at the U.S. House of Representatives. Emily earned an undergraduate degree in English from Dallas Baptist University and a master’s degree in global strategic communications from Georgetown University.
