Rear Adm. Garry Hall

Coordinates the National Security Council’s engagement with multilateral organizations and the United States’ global humanitarian assistance.

Rear Adm. Garry E. Hall, USN (Ret.) coordinates the National Security Council’s engagement with multilateral organizations and the United States’ global humanitarian assistance. Speaking at CSIS early in 2017, Rear Adm. Hall reinforced the Administration’s commitment to tackling humanitarian crises and said “the President is committed to the four famines as is all his advisors and the money will be there.” An aviator and risk management specialist with 35 years of military service, Rear Adm. Hall was Commandant of the Eisenhower College of National Security and Resource Strategy at National Defense University. Following his retirement from the Navy in 2010, Rear Adm. Hall was President and CEO of the Association of the United States Navy and he served on the National Review Board of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops.
