Kelly Ann Shaw

Creates and coordinates policy throughout the administration, overseeing Treasury, USTR, State, and Commerce.

Kelly Ann Shaw most recently served as Special Assistant to the President and Senior Director for International Trade, Investments, and Development and the National Economic Council. Prior to her time in the White House, Shaw served as Trade Counsel on the Way and Means Subcommittee on Trade in the U.S. House of Representatives. Before her time on Capitol Hill, Ms. Shaw served as Assistant General Counsel in the Office of the United States Trade Representative from 2012-2016 and Assistant Legal Advisor at the U.S. Mission to the World Trade Organization at the U.S. Department of State from 2011-2013. Shaw worked as a strategy consultant and litigation associate prior to her time in government.
