Eric Ueland

Assists the President on implementing his Legislative Agenda.

Eric Ueland comes to the White House after serving as the Director of the Office of Foreign Assistance Resources at the U.S. Department of State. Prior to his time at the State Department, Ueland was a senior strategy officer at the Millennium Challenge Corporation.  Ueland had a long career on Capitol Hill prior to his time in the Trump administration, serving as Deputy Chief of Staff and then Chief of Staff for then Senate Assistant Majority Leader Don Nickles. He also served as a transition staffer, Deputy Chief of Staff, and Chief of Staff for then Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist.

Ueland has also served as staff director on the Senate Budget Committee and Vice President of the Duberstein Group.
