The U.S. Global Leadership Coalition is seeking a creative, energetic, and detail-oriented professional to serve as the Executive Assistant to the President & CEO. This individual will coordinate and execute a wide range of tasks and projects for the executive office. The position requires a mature candidate who is versatile, tactful, deadline-driven, motivated, and organized. They must be able to multi-task and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy, and collaborative environment. The position will reside in Washington, D.C., and report to the President & CEO.

Position Requirements:
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required. Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills are essential. Must be proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, and be highly organized with an ability to juggle multiple tasks.
Specific Responsibilities for the Executive Assistant to the CEO include:
President/CEO’s Schedule & Travel Support. Provide support to President/CEO by strategically managing her schedule for internal and external meetings and appointments to maximize the office and platform for the organization’s mission.
Executive Team Support. Assist the USGLC Executive Team, primarily the Chief of Staff and Chief Financial Officer, with various projects to maximize the effectiveness of USGLC executive responsibilities.
General Office Management. Manage day-to-day office management tasks such as general office supplies, conference rooms, mail, general building operations, and other duties as needed.
