Biden-Lugar Amendment Co-sponsors

Senators Joseph Biden, Jr. (D-DE) and Richard Lugar (D-IN) co-sponsored an amendment to the Senate Budget Resolution to restore $4.1 billion to the International Affairs Budget, which was cut from the Administration’s request of $39.8 billion by the Senate Budget Committee.

Senators Dianne Feinstein (D-CA), Gordon Smith (R-OR), Richard Durbin (D-IL), John Sununu (R-NH), Christopher Dodd (D-CT), and Norm Coleman (R-MN) initially co-sponsored an amendment to the Senate Budget Resolution to restore $2.6 billion to the International Affairs Budget.  They withdrew their amendment in support of the Biden-Lugar Amendment.  Below are the Senators who co-sponsored the Biden-Lugar Amendment.
