The Digital Communications Manager will join a growing, fun, and creative communications team that works relentlessly to tell the story of how American development and diplomacy builds a better, safer world. This individual will assist in advancing our organization’s agenda, increasing the USGLC’s message and visibility, and growing our online following.
The right candidate will have excellent social media skills, a background in design, and a proven track record in crafting convincing written materials in a variety of voices. This position on the Communications team will produce content on deadline while ensuring accuracy and maintaining consistency in style. A successful candidate for this position is an accomplished digital professional with experience working in government, non-profits, journalism, or related fields.
Knowledge of international affairs, global development, or foreign policy is highly desirable. The Digital Communications Manager will report to the Deputy Communications Director and work in the USGLC’s DC office.
