Last night, Senator Marco Rubio (FL) delivered his first major foreign policy address at the Jesse Helms Center at Wingate University. Senator Rubio strengthened his commitment to U.S. global leadership, saying “Whether we like it or not, there is virtually no aspect of our daily lives that is not impacted by the world around us.
