2011 Tribute Dinner – Honoring Madeleine Albright and Tom Ridge, With Special Guest Bill Gates

On February 2, the USGLC held its annual Tribute Dinner. This year’s honorees were former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright and former Secretary of Homeland Security Tom Ridge. They were joined by special guest Bill Gates, who delivered a keynote address on why international affairs programs are a smart investment for the American people.
