Secretary Clinton will be on Capitol Hill this week to discuss President Obama’s FY11 budget request. She begins on Wednesday, testifying before the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on State-Foreign Operations at 10:30 a.m., followed by her appearance before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee at 2:30 p.m. On Thursday morning, Secretary Clinton will be appearing before the House Foreign Affairs Committee, after which she will testify before the House Appropriations Subcommittee on State-Foreign Operations at 1 p.m.  USGLC is working with our allies on these Committees to highlight the International Affairs Budget’s critical impact on national security and economic growth.
