This afternoon at an event with the Center for Global Development, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton will speak on “Development in the 21st Century,” during which she will “outline how she plans to elevate and strengthen development as one of the three pillars of the nation’s foreign policy: defense, diplomacy, and development.”  The USGLC will get the latest information on her remarks out to you.
