Sec. Clinton at the USGLC
The USGLC is delighted to host its Tribute Dinner tonight honoring Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton for her promotion of a “smart power” approach to U.S. foreign policy. Sec. Clinton’s devotion to development and diplomacy has been consistent throughout her career as First Lady, Senator and now Secretary of State. Over 1,000 people are expected to attend tonight’s celebration at Washington’s illustrious Grand Hyatt Hotel. Among the attendees will be Deputy Secretary of State Jacob Lew and Master of Ceremonies Andrea Mitchell, NBC News’ Chief Foreign Affairs Correspondent.
