Deputy Administrator Donald Steinberg previously served as Deputy President for Policy at the International Crisis Group (lCG). As Deputy President for Policy he was responsible for advocacy, policy formulation and reporting for lCG charged with preventing and ending armed conflict. Steinberg previously directed ICG’s New York office.
