Steve Kosiak is the primary leader of the National Security Programs office in the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). From there, he is involved in budgeting for major international spending programs, from wars in the Middle East to meeting President Obama’s goal of doubling foreign assistance. Kosiak was Vice President for the Center for Strategic and Budgetary Assessments, and held positions in think tanks, on Capitol Hill, and in the U.S. Mission to NATO. As of 11/12/09
