Deputy Director of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Robert Nabors is one of the highest-ranking leaders of the office that formulates, evaluates, and carries out the budget for U.S. activities.
Particularly at a time when the federal budget is under so much pressure, he plays an influential role in how the Obama administration funds foreign policy priorities. Nabors grew up on military bases all over the world, and worked for the Office of Management and Budget before overseeing the entire House budget process as Staff Director of the House Appropriations Committee.
