As Undersecretary for International Trade, Frank Sanchez is responsible for overseeing the analysis of global trade issues and trade promotion. Sanchez served in the Clinton administration as Assistant Transportation Secretary, focusing on international issues in the Office of the Special Envoy of the Americas.  He also worked as the CEO for The Patel Foundation for Global Understanding, an organization that promotes peace through culture, knowledge and health.
