Chief of Staff to the President

Before becoming President Obama’s chief gatekeeper, Jack Lew served as OMB Director for President Obama. He also served as Deputy Secretary of State for Management and Resources, where he played a key role in advocating for the International Affairs Budget and was instrumental in the Administration’s robust funding requests for FY10 and FY11. Lew previously served as OMB Director under President Clinton from 1998 until 2001. As of 01/25/2012
