Before becoming President Obama’s chief gatekeeper, Jack Lew served as OMB Director for President Obama. He also served as Deputy Secretary of State for Management and Resources, where he played a key role in advocating for the International Affairs Budget and was instrumental in the Administration’s robust funding requests for FY10 and FY11.
